‘The Man Who Fell to Earth’: Series with Chiwetel Ejiofor gets subtitled trailer; Check out!

The upcoming series ‘The Man Who Fell to Earth’, remake of the classic eponymous film starring David Bowie, won its official trailer subtitled Follow Wikistardom for more updates.

Starring Chiwetel Ejiofor and Naomie Harris, the production will be released in Brazil in April, by Paramount+.

Ejiofor (‘The Old Guard’) will play the titular role, a humanoid alien who crashes on our planet in search of water to take to his homeland.

Harris (‘Rampage: Total Destruction’) will play Justin Falls, a brilliant scientist and engineer who must vanquish her own demons in a race to save two worlds.

The cast also includes Jimmi Simpson (‘Westworld’), who will play Spencer Clay, a CIA agent whose obsession with the aliens’ true identity drives him to the brink of madness.

Kate Mulgew (‘Orange Is the New Black’ and ‘Star Trek Voyager’) will play Drew Finch, a character described as an “operative who is part of the most dangerous slopes of the CIA and who collects secrets. Emotionally fearless, Drew is a master at finding and exploiting the weakest links, fighting to keep her own past hidden.”

The new story will expand on the mythology presented in the 1976 film.

Alex Kurtzman, showrunner of ‘Star Trek: Discovery’, and Jenny Lumet will write and executive produce. Kurtzman also joins as director of several episodes.

Rola Bauer, Tim Halkin, Sarah Timberman, Carl Beverly and Heather Kadin will produce.
